Nathan was owner of Nathan’s Costume House Costumiers by Royal Appointment and the Stars and this copy is directly from The Nathan Family Estate.

Rare to find with either of the actors signatures - all the rarer with both.

First edition; 8vo; monochrome portrait frontispiece Presented to Archie Nathan, Owner of Nathan's Costume House Costumiers by Royal Appointment and the Stars and close business associates of Vivien Leigh and Laurence Olivier. This copy is directly from The Nathan Family Estate with exceptional provenance. Inscription reads: "For Archie - A very regular associate, all my good wishes - L. Olivier" & "With my faithful good wishes always, Vivian Leigh" Numerous monochrome plates from photographs: publisher's maroon cloth, slight dust-soiling, pictorial dust-jacket slightly chipped, a rare survival.
