Signed and inscribed By Muhammad Ali on the half-title, the PS part of the inscription was later used on Ali's headstone:

"April 4-19-76, Time 11.04 AM, To Randy, from Muhammad Ali, my best fan in Inkster, Mich. and greatest fan, PS: Service to others is the rent we pay for our room here on Earth"

A wonderful inscription by one of the greatest sportsmen to have graced the Earth. Very rare to find signed, and Ali inscriptons are quite the catch for many a collector, especially such an interesting one as here.

First edition, first impression, 4to, original publishers boards, externally in near-fine condition. Minor foxing to the top and bottom of the text block but internally a fine example, original dustjacket with a few creases and nicks but presents as a near-fine example, signed and inscribed by Muhammad Ali.
