Ian Fleming – From Russia with Love (First Edition, First Impression, 1957)
First edition, first impression of From Russia with Love, considered by many to be one of the best entries in the James Bond series. This novel holds particular significance as John F. Kennedy's favourite book and marks the first appearance of the iconic Richard Chopping-designed dust jacket, which would go on to define many subsequent Bond covers. The striking design, featuring the gun based on that of Geoffrey Boothroyd (the British firearms expert who became the inspiration for Q), remains one of the most memorable and sought-after covers in the series.
